Who we are

Anna Edwards began her career in medicine as a nurse and later as a nurse practitioner, where she was deeply inspired by Florence Nightingale’s principle that a clean, supportive environment is essential for healing. As both a healthcare professional and a working mother, Anna developed systems in her own home—and in the homes of others—to make healthy habits simple, sustainable, and repeatable.

Her work focuses on four core areas of wellbeing:

  • Stress: Decluttering and organizing spaces to support both productivity and relaxation.

  • Nutrition & Exercise: Designing home environments with functional kitchens, movement areas, and spaces for meditation.

  • Sleep: Creating restful bedrooms that foster quality sleep and better routines.

  • Sustainable Habits: Building simple, lasting habits that naturally fit into daily life and support long-term change.

Anna combines her medical expertise with practical organization to help individuals and families create environments that naturally support long-term health and wellbeing.
